and aren't those debts that may become convertible notes then be restricted for a certain time anyway. also they can't all be dumped at once to drop share price. there are regulations to follow. to be honest the shares will be worth more the longer they wait. it would be in their interest to convert to shares maybe but selling immediately would be a mistake.
