Anyone care to comment on this? The short paragraph below was posted by OhioInvestor on Yahoo, who I believe is not a short. If convertible notes are indeed a large factor in what is holding back the PPS then I'd hope this would get tackled in the Proxy Vote in some way. Pardon my ignorance, this is the first startup company I have invested in. Thanks in advance.
