Whoever has twitter account needs to build a good network by following all possible penny stock traders or investors on twitter who will then follow you back. This way, your tweeting will be effective. Every account needs to follow at least 1000 members (it will take some time) and then at least half of those will follow you back and that way the word spread will be better. I have a special twitter for stocks which is different from my personal twitter so I can distinguish. just remember to add a disclaimer that u are not professional stock or financial advisor and all of your tweets are only opinions.
