James, you are correct that pinkys have few "rules" in regards to FINS; however, pinkys are no different than a Dow stock....REVS drive the price. Revs can't be verified if FINS are not filed.

I hold a position here, though it is not as large as the one I originally took in June, and I have complete confidence that the pps for Boreal will increase significantly in the first quarter of '16. But sustainable pps growth will only come from verifiable profits...verifiable by the filing of financial reports on a timely basis. Unaudited reports would be greatly appreciated!
