$BCAP is looking strong.  The company released Q1 results and a PR on Friday that stated several key business developments:

1.  Income is being generated from the liquidation of convertible debt in other companies that BCAP financed.  This income will show up in the Q2 results.  This income is significant and will be used for continued business growth and operations.

2.  Auditing of financials will take place in June.

3.  S1 filing with the SEC.

4.  The company is looking to acquire a Brokerage Firm, which is the key subsidiary of the business.  The brokerage firm coupled with the TA subsidiary will begin generating substantial revenues.

5.  Uplisitng will commence once the audit and S1 filings are completed.
