I feel that they may want to buyback now especially if it goes lower. As the pps goes much higher, then go back to the well at a higher price. You know there is no way they can dilute again down here if they need to. It's a way to get the pps up and get more $$$$ and not have to partner up if they don't need to.
I've been in NTEK long enough now and have seen them buyback shares in the past. That's how they are building this. This is how SiriusXM did it
