I concur that the dilution has contributed but imho the naked shorting of the stock is what caused the increases of the authorized and the decreases of the share price. They allowed the price to run up to .17 and have been shorting it ever since. That is how they covered their previous short. They now imho are in danger as the company has delivered and all shareholders can appreciate what the future may hold for those owning shares. A s a result longs are not selling but instead continue to accumulate threatening those that are short.
I am hopeful the recapitalization will force the shorts to cover. Time will tell all but the potential here is enormous. Go GNCP!!!
