These negative posts are no doubt having a significant impact on the pps.  It is a battle between the BCAP shareholders and the folks betting against the company.  If we see the 3's getting hit early and often Monday we should see a rise in the pps this week, IMO.  I hope Dwyer has some material news waiting to be released that will be enough to move us past key resistance levels.  

Attacks on companies will continue to occur until a regulatory authority (i.e. SEC or FINRA) steps up and regulates what is being disseminated on all financial message boards.  However, I do agree with you that Dwyer could release a strong PR threatening legal actions against the false and misleading statements being made like some companies have done.
