Does anyone have a way to check whether CTIX is listed on the Hamburg or Frankfurt exchange? That's where the tremendous naked shorting of AMBS was going on -- they refused to de-list AMBS despite the company repeatedly demanding to be de-listed (they never consented to it being listed in the first place.)
If there's some foreign exchange involved in this, it makes it really easy for them to naked short it. And, of course, FINRA every-two-weeks statistics don't show naked shorting in foreign exchanges.
Totally agree, the magnitude of the screaming about AlanC's daily FINRA statistics, which even brought a moderator from the other site over here to call people terrible names (I deleted that post so hopefully no one else saw it) among other insults -- shows how much they don't want that data posted.
