"FINRA is reviewing the terms of the spin off. It will become effective when FINRA sets an effective date. The shares will be distributed shortly after that date. The brokers will receive notice from FINRA when the effective date has been determined. I am not sure if a trading symbol will be issued at that time or if FINRA has more processes to go through for that portion."
