When you're looking at that over on Nasdaq, click on the link to the article and you will see how S.A. inserted the word "Potentially".
They took an extremely manipulative article that stated that there was a "SEC Investigation Underway" and added a single word to it two days later. "SEC Investigation Potentially Underway"
