Do you mean SST? I would agree that the judge is overdue for a ruling on Bogutski's motion for dismissal. The judge was moving things right along before, but maybe it was because of the looming DTCC deadline for the dividend, and now we're into a slower phase. I am curious what he will say though, and what Bogutski might reveal about the whole situation if forced to defend his actions regarding the shares issued after the record date.
