Listen I don't like the dilution anymore than any other long here but I am confident NTEK mgt has a plan to slow and eventually stop the dilution once and for all.

After all I'm sure NTEK management and employees own a significant # of shares and they are not pleased with the price action here AND over the course of this past year.

Maybe the proxy will be the key here.
