FWDG can easily dilute r/s and move money onto the ask of FUTL buy buying up the float. This is the "genius" move imo that Cox and Talari have the ability to do Dilute FWDG for the $$capital$$ needed and reverse split using the money to fund a successful spinoff FUTL. Remember Talari and FWDG owns +94% of FUTL. There is a nice bucket of $$ sitting in this new ticker FUTL. All they need to do is buy up the float with a shelf offering and they could see a nice sustaining PPS of FUTL
