It is reported that LEEP Inc (the Plaintiff) [LPPI] entered a motion for default judgement yesterday. This means that judgement in their favor could be ruled on at any time from now on without a trial.
Yesterday, some early hits on the ask took LPPI over .01 before a few low-level profit takers undercut the ask or sold on the bid above .0078.
