According to the Colorado Secretary of State website... The last filing for Therma-Med was done on July 29, 2011. It was filed by Joshua Suarez, who was the CEO of Therma-Med at that time. The reason for the report was a statement curing delinquency at that time.

According to the website, there has been no other activity by Therma-Med that I could find.

The current status report has been available every time that I've visited the site.  And I visit it quite often trying to find new information about the company that I own stock in.

I don't find any listing for a current Transfer Agent either.

As usual, I could be wrong, but this is what I have found today.
