Today's 1-minute chart aka the "dandruff" chart. Well, not so much dandruff today, look at all the real big volume trades, 10k and more, especially that 30k one they used to walk the price down:

So I dunno, but when I see a stock that's had a bunch of 100 share trades used to manipulate price in the past, and VERY few trades bigger than 5k shares, and then I see those big volume spikes --- my conclusion is that someone is covering their short, or building a big position. Or maybe both, cover and go long.
