Most likely, it is not Ultraflix but your TV. Folks need to realize that when you stream, the audio comes from the stream source. So if you have a surround system hooked up to your TV, you need a receiver with the (Super HDMI) what I call it that allows the audio signal to go back and forth from the TV, if you do not have an upgraded receiver, then you have to use the RCA cables to hook it up and will not sound good, if nothing hooked up at all, then you have no sound.
