R/S will allow for a higher bid which will then in turn allow for higher stock uplistings to take place...which will in turn - bring more investors to the stock.
Joel has not under gone any debt conversions in over a year, and has shown to manage and form a company that has been proven to increase in profitability with each fiscal quarter.
