Hi, I'm new here. I'm excited to purchase $99 for 99 rentals a couple of days ago. I have iMac computer (brand new). I couldn't find how to turn closed caption on for hearing impaired. I contact tech support. Russell said no closed captions on this time. Very disappointed to hear. I'm surprised he did not refund my money back. I will email him again to ask for refund my money back. The ad should warn no closed captioning for all movies except foreign movies.
