Folks:

I am having an e-mail communication problem getting messages from UltraFlix.

My carrier in Michigan is wowway.com

I called the sales department at UltraFlix and they said the receipt for my purchase was marked as Un-deliverable.

I believe it is because I did not add them to my white List.

What the Hell is a White List?

Has it got something to do with my e-mail

I need to add NTEK.com to my contacts and wowway.com will not let me.

So, when Ultraflix sends me a message it shows Un-deliverable.

I only want to use my e-mail address to deal with them.

Thanks to anyone who can help me.
