Whenever Warren Buffet makes an investment in any company of a substantial amount, the SEC has made it possible for Buffets' substantial investments to remain confidential because of the major upward climb that will occur in the pps.

I'm not suggesting that Warren Buffet invests in this stock..I am trying to make sure it IS possible that Baltia already knows it successfully completed the mini and hasn't released the information yet.
