Actually, in all communication the responsibility to be heard correctly belongs to the transmitter - that would be UF.
But BB management needs to set the sales message, and there has to be a script to answer the question about content, and once again, UF has to lead if we are to overcome. BB Management has to educate their reps about the UF effort to give them another viewing sales tool that helps them sell high end tv's and the rest of the Magnolia Room package.
Bottom Line: On Monday the BB Magnolia sales reps have got to have a different answer to the question about content. UF needs to write the script and it has to NOT downplay anyone else in the market. I am in sales and a negative message is the wrong message.
