They have been supportive in that they have the right to convert and dump around 500K shares a day and pound the price to subpenny. They haven't. Dilution has been minimal given what they could do to us. That's supportive.

Magna has a right to participate in future financings. I am assuming that all of the subsequent Series H issuances have been to Magna as a result.
