Little annoyed. Tried a 2nd time to purchase the 99/99 deal. Same confirmation on the website yet no update in my account info or confirmation. I had sent an email this morning & no response yet. I decided to call directly, was on hold as all lines were busy then was put thru to voicemail. I left a voicemail explaining my scenario.
