Perhaps the new version made the tizen's and sony less glitchy but now affected yours? This is the stuff they need to work out, everyone needs to be having smooth experiences.

I also dont like how focused people are on their internet speed when they test it on Ultraflix, everyone wants to set it at what their speed is or else complain that its not as fast as speedtest.net tells them and they try to use settings too high. Improve the auto set function and get rid of the speed test so people arent so fixated on it. People think that they need at least 20mbps to be watching 4k so they assume if they have to use settings less than that it wont be 4k.
