Correct me if I'm wrong.
I have noticed a pattern with this stock. When the news of the Local FAA passed the documents to Washington DC, the pps went down, then it climbed up, due to the shorters covering themselves then more people are buying.
The same pattern happened again with the revised AC that was informed to us. Now the same thing happening again with the news of the Baltia plane flying to OSC.
Is the drop in PPS contributed by the shorters because of such positive news?
