First, I would agree that most scam companies will scam any way they can, including but not limited to saying a spin off of a company is not just a clever way to do a reverse split.
But, in this instance, it is you who do not know what the hell you are talking about, haven't done ANY DD, and are just running your mouth to try to sound important.
