Many contributors to this board have stated, or at least implied,
that since July, the ball has been in the FAA's court -- that we've just been waiting for them to give us a pass on the mini.

Can anyone tell me if that is still the case?

Or, is it now that case that the FAA is waiting for Baltia
to complete the scheduled maintenance?

Is it certain that we'll move on to proving flights
when the maintenance has been completed?
