And Happy Thanksgiving to you Zadie. Yes, the company has decided to let their results speak for them I guess... I would like to see some promotion, but I just feel that 2016 will be a great year, as they may be able to get Work Comp and PPO revenues both going strong in 40 states or more, and the company will flourish!
I've seen these pennies do like this - base at lows for awhile, then start to move.
As with the downtrend, the uptrends can also get overdone
