This is what really baffles me...how is that possible? How can one manipulate this?

I know that when you throw $1 in a cookie jar that has $3 thrown in by 3 guys. IN that jar is $4, then it goes down only if someone takes it out.

So, how is it possible that if someone takes no or very little takes out so much? I see that a lot lately.
