Reality is that nobody knows what the proxy is going to be about until we actually see it. To restate:
To our NTEK supporters,
I want to caution us, as it has been apparent for some time, that there are individuals who do not want to see the company succeed. We need to make sure that we are getting accurate information, which means that it comes either directly from NTEK or my company. I have seen my emails altered and made up statements that supposedly have come from me personally. Some provide accurate information and appear to support, while then slipping in false information. Be careful out there, I believe we are at turning point here and the tactics may be amplified to benefit ulterior motives. If there is any question always verify by calling or emailing and we will be happy to get you the information you are looking for. Thank you everyone for the support and look forward to the future here.
Until we get official information no one knows. If you want to sell, just sell. Stating it on this forum is just an indicator that you are just trying to emotionally influence the action of others, You lose all credibility.
Do your own DD, sorting out the bashing, the hype and the emotional over reaction. You are the only one that can determine if this is the correct investment for you .
You should know investing in the pinks is inherently more risky than most investments and stock prices are going to be subject to drastic gyrations due the nature of artificial influences on the share price. Eventually, a good company will overcome these influences.
If you chose to listen to questionable opinions and influences, you do so at your own risk. After doing my DD I have come to the conclusion that this stock is on the verge of accomplishing great things (IMHO). Make your own decision. I guess we will see if NTEK has what it takes to do this...
