Denny or anyone NTEK can't do anything with
NTGL as regards the proxy until the 150M shares
NTEK holds of NTGL are actually registered.

And those 150M shares can't be registered until
the NTGL AUDIT is completed. That is all plainly
laid out in the last Q report.

I don't know if the NTGL Audit is close to done or not
I'm just saying don't expect NTGL to be any
part of the proxy UNLESS they get their
Audit done then we can talk.
