Rosen and Mako have everything to lose here. They will not give up easily. They probably have more money then we do. How much did Mako steal from us? Several million dollars or more. If they lose in court and the SEC goes after him his profits would be disgorged so imho he will spend it all fighting us. He would lose it if he lost. This will be messy.
