Agreed on everything you said. They have been dangling audit carrots in front of us for years. They are now doing it with NTGL now too. I guess it worked before, so why change tactics. The proxy thing scares me a lot. I am reasonably certain what they are going to do, and it will not be profitable for us as investors.

Yep, every single day they seem more and more sketchy, and I feel like we all are going to lose our investment. I will survive it regardless, but I sure hope a few of these bastards that are running this thing into the ground get some serious karma retribution if they really do totally screw us over.
