To add to what I posted earlier--I was talking to someone who I encouraged to buy FITX back when HC was asking how fast we could build out our facility, and I said that from the very beginning I have trusted that Bill would do the very best he could for the shareholders, and whatever settlement he goes after would include a cash distribution to shareholders if he can settle for a sufficient amount.
