Rosen will do everything they can to prevent this from going to trial, because there is no jury in the world that would believe their BS.
They will continue trying to use technicalities to get the countersuit delayed as long as possible. As annoying as that is to us shareholders if they succeed in delaying the process, ultimately it works against them because when one or more of the drugs produces even more evidence of efficacy, the flat-out assertions of fraud by Mako and Rosen become even more evident to the most ignorant jury member.
I expect that they will try to negotiate some way out where they can drop the suit with no sanctions against them. I hope that Leo will NOT go for that, and that he will pursue them with anger, wrath, 10,000 plagues.... well you get the idea.
Please email Leo and tell him that we want these guys pursued and our legal fees and damages repaid to our company. If he sees a strong shareholder support perhaps he won't let them off the hook.
