If someone in the new administration is smart, and recognizes the blatant misdeeds of HC in the MMJ program, they will try and negotiate out of court BEFORE any JR ruling. HC has not fared well in the court cases involving MMJ so far, and if we get a favorable JR ruling, the NAFTA case is a slam dunk.

Let us see how smart they are. IMO there is a good chance of some deal outside of court.
