I hope everyone writes Leo to tell him that we CTIX shareholders want the company to pursue Mako and Rosen all the way on this, and not to let them off the hook.
All this BS elsewhere about how this is going to cost CTIX so much in legal fees -- WRONG. WHEN we win, the other side is going to have to pay our legal fees, and damages.
And, as others have pointed out, the tremendous positive publicity we could get from this for pursuing justice -- I mean Wall Street Journal articles, etc. -- will bring the company to the attention of thousands of prospective new shareholders. It's the responsible fiscal decision to invest now in legal fees for a huge payoff in new shareholders (=higher stock price) as well as eventual damages from those creeps. Leo needs to be told that shareholders back him on this.
