NTEK have the tech that let majority of consumers stream 4K at 4mbps. Netflix requires 15mbps and others requires 10mbp+. I think the tech alone worth a lot of money. I think that may be the reason why Paramount partner up with Ultraflix for 900 movies because they know majority of the consumers with lower end connection can still enjoy 4K movies on Ultraflix platform.
