Correction for me, The L shares that are supposed to be "issued" are SUBJECT TO PERFORMANCE!!! There are 0 (ZERO) L shares issued. LOL. Now we're back down to a big fat goose egg for Vakser. He won't perform. He has no records to turn over. lol
