I now understand and agree that Cruz is out. I thought that he might have held onto the Series A Super Preferred share(s) to maintain some or all control. It wasn't obvious in the 10/7/2015 filing whether he continued to hold onto the Series A or not. I guess he decided to turn the reigns over to the others. Seems the entire original BOD are now gone. They didn't do much for the PPS to begin with so let's see what the new BOD has in store.
