I knew the ranch owner out here was looking to get involved in the industry and when I saw who was managing the situation and what they were doing I thought it was a no brainer

it is usually not an option for everyday people to be given the opportunity to own a piece of the pie and $CGRW is doing just that. I think the only reason they structured it with a build to suit multi year lease has to do with them being a public company and the federal laws. My bet is that when the fed changes they will acquire the whole acreage and get their own license

I think they are setting up to be the first public company to actually be a grower
