It's a nice spike of buying today and a couple of ticks. I don't know if we can use it as any early indication that a move is coming. I think the general fear by most investors is the stop sign. Its wise to have that caution, but I do think that HJOE has addressed this and the SEC going after Johnson is some evidence in our favor. I'm fairly comfortable with that flag now as it has been addressed by SEC action. Volume doesn't look like an indicator of major loading either, although it is up over the 10-day 3.4 million. Perhaps our dealers know better than us what is in store as far as profits go and are adding to their stash?

People should be very excited about the NYC dealer. I know I am. A very densely populated and heavily visited area will spread the word about the product with tons and tons of impulse buys. I can actually see the energy drink exceeding the recovery shot as a daily buy, by execs and those conducting business in the city.
