lol, I asked the same thing and was told those are corner posts and line posts
the line posts relieve the stress along such a large stretch. They are fencing 5 acres in preparation in anticipation of the entire 5 phase build out.
besides the 6ft fence there will be an additional 18" inch 3 strand barbed wire top.
The guy in charge out there said that once the fence is in that the buildings and other materials can be delivered.
I am going to go out there on Friday again to see what progress has been made
