Fact: BLTA flew to Oscoda, on their own terms..with their own pilots
Fact: Baltia publicly announced their Friday flight and announced the NLG maintenance
Fact: 28mm shares were just bought by Vic
Fact: FAA has NOT issued a fail on the mini
Fact: BLTA has publicly announced their activity / maintenance is preparation for future flights
Fact: for every seller on the OTC, there is a buyer
Fact: Baltia flew Friday's flight under BLT, not Kalitia
Fact: insiders have not filed Form 4 sales in years
Fact: all insiders are financially tied to BLTA equity, some advising they are not in a position to buy more since they have become heavily concentrated in the BLTA position
Fact: short sellers profit has limited opportunity compared to a long holder
Fact: BLTA has a majority of their employees in/from the airline industry. All other senior mgt have diverse business management backgrounds needed to operate the company
Fact: BLTA has contracts in place for all operational needs to have this plane in the air ASAP
Now let's call out the rumors that clearly hold no weight and cannot be proven:
- the plane was not repo'd, as the flight was registered by BLTA, with BLTA employees for Friday's flight
- capital on hand is sufficient to operate the business going forward until revenue. Until you pull a bank statement showing us other wise you are speculating
Let's be clear here, it is a criminal offense by the SEC to circulate untrue, misleading and deceptive comments on public message boards. I caution those classified as "bashers" as the SEC has called in the FBI on many cases to do forensics on IP addresses associated with such accounts. Furthermore, Ihub has failed to manage to their own standards. Their TOS indicates posts must be "on topic". If you want to read Ihub, have at it but when repeat offenders can use demeaning terminology against users and the company in question, I immediately question the integrity of such a message board.
Now, all that being said, I am long BLTA and have listed factual information to the best of my knowledge and slight opinion on the activities of "other" boards. Could prove the opinions as being facts but honestly don't have time for that nonsense over there.
