I dont think its a discerning issue, just that Bob might need some cash for some other personal reasons while he didnt want to flood the market with 2 mill shares so decided to sell to someone he trust for the cash that he needed. I believe in Bob considering the massive share percentage he has with the company. Think he would worth more by helping and believing the vision and prospect moving on in the business. I trusted bob since day 1 thought he turned a company from bankruptcy to the stage he as generated a lot of revenues and business deals
