J45 is on the level. The ONLY way it could even be conceivable (only if needed) is NASDAQ related which would also drop the A/S and O/S accordingly. It's just a topic for discussion and NOT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!! I would hope that revenue would offset any thoughts of a RS.
