The Pennsylvania DEP call I made was a mistake on their part. I let Nathan know and the Pennsylvania DEP said sorry to me because of their mistake of one person I talked to on their general number did not relay my total message to someone else so it was taken the wrong way.
Maybe you and loner need to get their facts straight. I posted the facts multiple times.
