I bought in because it was sub-penny company about to make and sell a new kind of drink. I knew if they got made and our for sell the pps would sky rocket (it did) That's why I bought it. I rode the stock from near low to near high and made a huge gain (because I'm a dip shit)
Then the company put out its first financials and they didn't look terrible given the youth of the company. It was really about what I expected so I stayed. After many delays on everything they put out the company turned into a "soon" company. Everything was soon and soon never came. Many PR's put out about alcohol line and audited financials. They continued to miss deadlines they've set. I guarantee you the audited isn't done because the company and the auditing firm have massive disagreements about numbers. I make my decision now because I do have numbers as well as previous numbers to compare to.
